This allows the operating point to be actively adjusted and energy saved—without any additional effort in control technology.

1. Training Phase
Once QuietHydro is active in your system and dampening the pump’s pressure pulsations, the training phase can begin. Through active pulsation damping, the pump and system are acoustically decoupled, allowing QuietHydro to listen closely to your pump. During this phase, the pulsation damping and the characteristic behavior of your pumping system under current operating conditions are recorded.
As soon as the typical load profile of your system has been determined, the evaluation phase begins.
2. Evaluation
Based on the collected data, boundary conditions, and limits of your system, we customize our artificial intelligence. It is trained to optimize the efficiency of every free surface pumping process and, thanks to QuietHydro, requires no additional sensor data. The artificial intelligence is individually tailored to your pumping system and process.
This enables QuietHydro to provide well-founded speed recommendations during ongoing pump operation, ensuring the highest energy efficiency at all times.
