We’re excited to have been guests on the Abwassertalk Podcast with Daniel Jehring, Klaus Jilg, and Sascha Kokles!
In this exciting episode, we discussed the impacts of noise and vibrations in pipelines and provided an insight into our work at Hydronauten. It was a true pleasure to share our expertise as leaders in active vibration damping and to present our solutions to the listeners.
Why are noise and vibrations a problem in pipelines?
Noise and vibrations are often underestimated issues in many piping systems. They can lead to increased wear and tear on infrastructure, ultimately affecting operational safety and efficiency. Water and wastewater systems are particularly impacted, as powerful pumps can generate significant pressure fluctuations and vibrations.
The consequences can range from material fatigue to potential pipe ruptures – resulting in high repair and maintenance costs. Moreover, intense vibrations can also affect surrounding structures and even the working conditions of staff.
What solutions are available?
During the discussion with the Abwassertalk team, we talked about our QuietHydro technology for actively reducing noise and vibrations in pipelines. At Hydronauten GmbH, we are deeply committed to developing innovative solutions for quieter, safer, and more efficient water infrastructure. In the podcast episode, we also provide more insights into our work at Hydronauten.
Tune in now!
A big thank you to Daniel Jehring, Klaus Jilg, and Sascha Kokles for the engaging conversation and for the opportunity to share our knowledge on the Abwassertalk Podcast! 🎧
